The Opportunity

Appknox has a long history of engaged, productive employees, and we’re looking for a Human Resources (HR) manager to continue that happy tradition. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, a flair for pioneering futuristic people initiatives and a proven track record of building top-tier, high-performing teams.

Responsibilities & Objectives of this Role

1.People & Culture

• Serve as a culture champion to foster an innovative and fun work culture through team-building activities and recognition programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor, handling grievances and employee concerns with fairness and empathy.
• Proactively identifying opportunities such as modifying the onboarding process, creating new feedback loops etc. to enhance the People and Culture experience and partnering with leadership to create and implement various processes.
• Get involved in Performance management, appraisals, increments etc. with the relevant team/manager and implement.
• Identify and implement other relevant policies that might be missing or beneficial to have.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees to ensure systematic flow of information.
• Stay atop industry trends to build a high-performing workforce.

2.Employee Onboarding

• Offer roll outs, Employee personnel file preparation and maintenance, relevant contracts, documents etc.
• New employee induction
• Introduction to Company Policies and perks

3.Payroll Management

• Tracking of leaves & working days
• Liaison with Accounts to create monthly payroll run & ensure timely runs
• Communicate to employees about relevant updates regarding tax declarations 

4.Recruitment & TA

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and implement retention strategies for top talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
• Finalize the negotiations for CTC, Notice etc.

5.Employee Offboarding

• Exit interviews
• Ensuring relevant handovers are done to respective team/personnel
• Liaison with Accounts for FnF remittance 

What An Ideal Candidate Would Look Like

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful HR strategies in high scaling product-based startups.
• 3+ years of experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of G Suite, HRMS, ATS platforms
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Strong people skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Appknox is looking to hire a Technical Account Manager to manage a portfolio of current customers.
• In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure our services are delivered to the customers on the committed timeline
• Our ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in working with customers in Technical Support / Customer Success / Account Management.
• You will be expected to understand how security testing happens and engage with customers using Hubspot and Hubspot Tickets

About Us:

Position Overview:

We're searching for a Business Development Research Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. Your main role will be to explore companies on LinkedIn Sales Navigator to see if their apps are on the App Store and Google Play. You'll also help us find the right people in those companies who handle app security.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to find companies we're interested in.
2. Check if those companies have apps on the App Store and Google Play.
3. Make reports about what you find, and note who's in charge of app security at those companies.
4. Work with our team to talk about what you've discovered and plan our next steps.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree Business or related fields.
• Know your way around LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace 
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Knowledge of cybersecurity or app development concepts.

To join the security team engaging with multiple clients, helping them with end-to-end security audits, also researching new topics and vulnerabilities to be added to the scanner, present research at conferences.

What An Ideal Candidate Would Look Like: 

• Skills - Application Penetration Testing, experience with IoT testing, source code audits.
• Technology Stack: Python
• Responsibilities: Engage with clients for scoping call, perform security audits, and remediation call with clients to patch the issues, research on new technologies/vulnerabilities

Minimum Requirements

• Should have at least 2 years of experience in security or show something that proves experience doesn’t matter
• Must be comfortable with tools like burp suite, 
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Strong grasp of fundamentals of information security
• Strong Grasp of Web and API Pen-Testing
• Self-taught learner willing to read and keep up-to-date on technological changes and how they could be used
• Can accurately define an issue and create detailed Proof-of-concept and write-up of the findings.
• Provide appropriate remediation and mitigations of the identified vulnerabilities.
