Primary Responsibilities:

2. Coordination with Logistics Department:
- Liaise with the logistics department to plan and schedule order dispatches.
- Coordinate transportation and shipment arrangements to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage vehicle route plans for optimal efficiency in delivery operations.
3. Dispatch Confirmation:
- Confirm dispatches of items with the logistics team and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
4. Customer Coordination:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on order status and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
5. Quoting and Invoicing:
- Prepare and send quotes to customers based on their inquiries and specifications.
- Follow up with customers to convert quotes into sales orders.
- Assist in generating invoices and processing payments from customers.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
- Provide regular reports to the sales team regarding order status, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders, quotes, invoices, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales coordination, order processing, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
