As a Sales representative specializing in B2B (Business-to-Business) and SaaS (Software as a Service), you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the market presence of Karnival’s SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for identifying & cultivating strategic partnerships and acquiring new business clients. The candidate should also demonstrate excellent skills in managing sales processes using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
Working with Karnival you will:
- Get exposure to 210+ international brands and large enterprises spanning across USA, India, UAE, GCC, Europe & LATAM
- Interact with diverse teams like Marketing, Brand and Operations.
- Work directly with Founders and senior management.
- Interact directly with large brands & learn global sales strategies.
What do you do :
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and emerging trends by analyzing competitor offerings and market dynamics.
- Should be able to travel individually across the country to meet customers & prospects and build relationships
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to acquire partnerships and utilize various channels, including social media, industry events, and networking, to identify and engage potential clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and also create compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Proposals preparation & tracking until the client onboarding process.
- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships acting as a liaison between clients/partners and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful delivery of Karnival’s solutions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Analyze data to derive insights and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing Karnival’s sales strategy.
- Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and streamlined sales processes
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in prospecting and lead generation in B2B SaaS.
- Consultative sales - understand and articulate value propositions to potential customers.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Proficiency in CRM software, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, industry trends, and customer needs.

Responsibilities :
- Identifying and reporting issues/bugs in products and translate them into problems by identifying the root cause wherever possible
- Align with the Tech team on feasibility checks for any product requirements according to the client's needs.
- Testing of the new products, gathering the feedback from customers, and sharing the same with the involved stakeholders for continuous improvement.
- Proactively involved in Customer portfolio management to understand / tap upselling and cross selling opportunities.
- Involve in product demonstration by working along with the sales team for leads conversion.
- Smooth onboarding of the clients into the system by providing all forms of Implementation & technical support needed.
- Create a knowledge base by preparing high quality & Interactive User Instructions, FAQs and other repositories to help customers
- Timely upgradation / Revision of Documents /Instruction Manuals to meet the applicable standards in order to enhance our Knowledge base portal.
- Identify expansion opportunities for Sales to drive account growth.
