·      We are seeking a new graphic designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities (6months to 1yr experience)

·      Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.

Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style

Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.

Coordinating with the marketing team, web designer, and colleagues as necessary.

Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.

Communicating with marketing teams about layout and design.

Creating a wide range of graphics, videos and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop and aftereffects.

Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary.

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.

·      Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.

Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

·      Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.

A strong eye for visual composition.

Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Able to give and receive constructive criticism.

Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Experience with computer-aided design.

What We're Looking For :

- A relevant design degree, or equivalent work experience in UI UX is required

- 2+ years of experience with enterprise or design-oriented systems

- Familiar with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Knowledgeable about HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; able to demonstrate how technical constraints and opportunities inform design solutions

- Portfolios demonstrate your expertise and experience is required

- You are able to communicate design rationale effectively in both oral and written forms, influence others, and find innovative solutions to problems.

- In the past, work has involved cross-functional collaboration with designers, product managers, software engineers, and end users.

- You have the ability to contribute to design strategy and build strong relationships across stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams.

• Design specific pages for Devaseva Campaigns - aesthetic aspects from the brief given by the campaigns head, Work on basic content for pages based on suggestions from the business/marketing team.

• Conceptualize and design video collaterals and illustrations for marketing campaigns, Perform storyboarding, editing, composting, rendering, and other post-production processes.

Required Skills -

• At least 1-2 years of visual design experience, Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and web limitations; must have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to team members.

• Education or experience/ interest in similar industries would be highly preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Graphics and Motion Design.
