The Senior HR Business Partner Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the HR agenda across various business units within the organization. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, this individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, programs, and policies that support the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

·      Partner closely with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

·      Provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters, including talent management, performance management, succession planning, and organizational development.

Employee Relations:

·      Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, providing coaching and guidance to managers on handling complex HR situations.

·      Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances and recommend appropriate actions in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Performance Management:

·      Lead the performance management process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing guidance to managers on setting clear goals and expectations.

·      Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related issues, including performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.

HR Policy and Compliance:

·      Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

·      Stay informed of changes in employment legislation and industry best practices, proactively recommending updates to policies and procedures as needed.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

·      Drive initiatives to foster a positive work culture and enhance employee engagement and morale.

·      Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

·      7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a strategic HR business partner role.

·      certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

·      Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

·      Proven experience in managing employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.

·      Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

·      Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.

·      Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives

Requirements:

• Very good programming knowledge in C/C++
• Experience in Multi-threaded software development
• Understanding of operating systems concepts, system performance, and optimization
• Familiar with working in an Embedded Linux development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving/debugging skills, design, development, troubleshooting, and debugging
• Knowledge of embedded tools like emulators, linkers, makefiles, etc
• Experience in voice applications development, preferably on client/server platforms
• Knowledge of RTOS programming will be added advantage.
• Understanding of different processors. microcontrollers architectures.
• Familiarity with development tools such as GCC, GDB, Eclipse, GNU Make, etc

What is the role?

As the IT/System administrator, you will oversee and maintain all aspects of the company’s computer infrastructure including desktop support, maintaining network, servers and security programs and systems. Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• From servers to security programs, review all computer systems to ensure that all aspects are operating efficiently.
• Troubleshoot problems, configure hardware and software, implement back up processes including disaster recovery and failover procedures and assess systems for upgrades or replacement.
• Install new systems, assess, and implement upgrades as needed, create passwords, and run checks for viruses and spyware.
• Provide desktop support to the employees and manage the IT helpdesk.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance.
• Diagnosing, verifying, recording, and reporting downtime and providing immediate notification for all incidents.
• Represent the IT department during various internal and external ISMS and Quality audits.
• Maintaining the register of all the IT Assets, Including hardware's and Software's.
• Familiar with the mail security, web browsing protection, Endpoint security, data recovery, backup and Active Directory.
• Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of database, network administration, or system administration experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving and time management skills.

• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional System administration / IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network related fields are a plus.

Position Overview:

This position is part of highly skilled fimrware team that do software board bring up of bare silicon for next generation products. In order to write system software for embedded electronic products, this position requires academic background in electronics engineering to understand hardware concepts such as digital logic, schematics, and microprocessor communications to develop effective embedded software.

Candidate should have complete knowledge of Software development cycle from architecture definition to the implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Must wear multiple hats from analyzing field and factory reported issues to software integration.
• Be a liason for troubleshooting and debugging complex systems and identifying the root cause.
• Develop detailed design documents and customer facing application notes for the system and IOT features for Mobile routers.
• Act as a product lead and be part of bigger team in software bring up.   
• Ability to work on Low level software such as bootloaders and understanding of low level functional blocks is a must.
• Work on Linux kernel and configuration.
• Write or port device drivers for Ethernet, USB, GPIO, LED, Bluetooth, Accelormeter, LCD and touch screen.
• Debug stability issues in data routing between WAN and LAN interfaces.
• Work with Software QA with test plan and execution.
• Work with Hardware team to identify and root cause stability problems.

Experience/Requirements:  

• Demonstrable knowledge of C, C++, Assembly programming skills
• Overall 10+ years of experience in embedded environment preferabily Linux.
• Board bring up proficiency with bootloaders and other low level software, must be very good with debugging techniques.
• Experience in TCP/IP networking is must for trouble shooting throughput and other traffic issues.
• Driver experience with I2C, SPI, UART, LCD, Ethernet, PCIe is a plus.
• Experience with low level debugging using JTAG.
• Experience with Makefiles, and build environments such as PTXDIST, Yocto and Buildroot.    
• Experience with version control such as git and svn.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Ability to work independently and autonomously to meet deadlines, in a fast-changing environment.

Education:

• As a Lab Technician, you will work on PCB assembling, PCB reworking, soldering, and desoldering. And maintaining the LAB
• Soldering and desoldering of the electronic components down to 0402 packages and through-hole components.
• Good electrical knowledge of Electronic components and their assembly requirements
• Kit preparation as per BOM/JOB List
• Will be supporting Hardware Design Engineers in the design, prototype, testing & production phases of the project.
• Hands-on experience in handling crimping tools, multimeter, CRO, DSO, Drill machines, hand tools, etc. Digital multimeter and other testing equipment.
• Good knowledge of AC and DC low and high-voltage power supplies.
• System Assembly and disassembly skills.
• Work on multiple locations (JBN & Cheemasandra)
• Qualification : ITI / Diploma (Electrical / Electronics / Electronics and communication, Instrumentation and Electronics or equivalent)

• Experience of a hardware life cycle, ie architecture, design, production+testing to field deployment of at least one hardware product.
• Understanding and working experience of C language with data structures.
• Ability to read the hardware/ functional/ register specs.
• Very good in debugging skills (using dumps, traces, and debuggers).
• Well, verse with Linux operating system (i. e. build environment, Make files, configuration management, shell scripting).
• Experience with PCB level design, and ability to design or review schematics and layouts

• Automotive/Industrial electronic systems design/validation
• Familiarity with operating system concepts like memory management, process scheduling, synchronization methods.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• M.Tech/B. Tech in the field of VLSI/Electronics engineering. 
• Proficiency in UVM/SV and C/C++ based functional verification 
• Experience in UPF based low power design verification
