JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, including experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) office, to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in GST filing, TDS, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, and other essential accounting skills.

What You'll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

• GST Filing: Prepare and file GST returns accurately and promptly. Ensure compliance with GST regulations and keep up-to-date with any changes.
• TDS Management: Handle TDS deductions, payments, and filings. Maintain records of TDS certificates and ensure compliance with TDS regulations.
•  Accounts Receivable: Monitor and manage accounts receivable. Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments. Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
•  Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable processes. Verify and process invoices for payments. Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Perform reconciliations of bank statements, accounts, and ledgers. Prepare financial reports as required.
•  Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Provide financial data and insights to support decision-making.
•  Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Assist in audits and compliance reviews.
•  Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement. Provide insights to management for strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience, including experience in a CA office.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

As a Key Account Manager - eCommerce, you will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s overall eCommerce strategy for website and primary channel partners – Amazon, Big Basket, Flipkart, Nykaa, Supr/BB Daily, Milkbasket as well as other new partners [Smytten, e-pharmacies, etc].

What you will do:

• Charting out plans for listing and relisting of brands and select SKUs on different channel partners
• Driving ecommerce operations – site availability, POs and ensuring 95%+ fill rates
• Managing all in-app visual merchandising, liaisoning with different brand leaders across US, Europe, Australia and South East Asia for accessing content related to respective partner brands and keeping the brand folder up to date with thematic, product hero and lifestyle content
• Driving in-app brand visibility, targeted marketing and promotional offers on different platforms
• Establishing processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization of performance marketing metrics to results in desired target sales achievement

Desired Candidate Profile

• Adept at business planning, JBPs and channel specific planning with 1+ years’ experience in Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Proficiency in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Prior experience of ecommerce vertical with Flipkart, Amazon or Big Basket will be an added advantage    

• Role/Level: AR Analyst- Process Analyst (PA)/ Sr Process Analyst(SPA)
• Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred (do not submit profiles who’s salary expectation if above 4.6 LPA fixed)
• Experience: 1+ years(for PA)/2+ years (for SPA)

• Must have:

• 8-10 years of experience into IT SOX, IT Audits, ITGC testing
• Tech, M.Tech, BE, MBA or similar qualification.
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or similar professional certification preferred.
• Firm understanding of information technology, including IT process, IT general controls, as well as COSO and COBIT frameworks.
• Good technical knowledge of Application security and Access Management
• Hands-on experience on Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.
