About the Role:

Role: PMS Operations

This role reports to Managing Director – PMS

Location - Ahmedabad

Candidate shall be responsible for:

• Managing day-to-day operational activities like preparing & executing transactions, updating portfolio sheets, etc

• Month-end reports reconciliation as per SEBI format

• Preparation of MIS

• Assisting the sales team with client/distributor information requests

Qualification:

• 5+ years of experience in PMS / Broking Operations

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Graduate with a basic understanding of the stock market & PMS

• You will work directly with the two co-founders in helping the company to achieve its strategic and operational goals, by delivering key internal and external projects that are critical to the success of the company
• You will own the creation of all external facing material produced by the CEO Office for senior engagements with the promoters, board and all employees
• You will have a deep understanding of the company business model, the underlying profitability and levers of different business verticals
• You will be responsible for driving the rigour of analytical market based insights into actionable co-ordination between the Revenue team and the Brand team

Roles and responsibilities:

• Conduct client meetings and employee training.
• It is not a client-facing role and will be within Internal Frugal Testing role
• The person will be managing groups related to content creation, graphics, lead generation, sales, and overall growth strategy also.
• Very good at taking Standup meetings
• Use of MS tools to streamline the project, resource, and portfolio management.
• Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects within time, technical and resource constraints.
• Provide written documentation to appropriate team members and clients addressing each facet of implementation for every project, including an overall rollout plan, timelines, and project assignments.
• Develop the project plan for the tasks, dependencies, and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality.
• Assure the project to the best closure.
• Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management.
• Strategic planning, process development, analysis of key performance metrics per PMO standards
• Detail-oriented with strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
• Experience working in diverse and collaborative environments.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
• Organizing project team meetings and recording minutes.
• Monitoring the daily progress of team members.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 3+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of digital marketing
• Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes

Operations Executive

• Candidates will have to collect and coordinate with resources across the company.
• Will attend client meetings and project kickoffs.
• Record minutes of the meeting : client-related meetings and internal company related. 
• The candidate will also be responsible for building a connection with the prospects or customers through email, and phone.
• Should be very good in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Maintain company data across multiple teams.
• Audit the company project folders on a weekly basis.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Good to see if you have used CRMs like PipeDrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho etc.
• Comfortable in using Proofreading tools like Grammarly, ProWritingAid, Hemingway App, etc.

Job description:

A team player who has operational and order processing knowledge of Mutual Funds, IPO, NCDs, SGB, NCD etc. The role demands for TAT based working, teamwork, follow up with RTAs & AMCs for internal & external client’s query. The role requires good command over excel and MIS.

Requirement / Desired Skills:

• Mutual Funds operational Knowledge, Order Processing flow with BSE Star MF
• IPO Operational and order processing knowledge.
• Adapt at Excel to work on reports and provide required MIS whenever required.
