Ruby on Rails Developer Responsibilities :

- Designing and developing new web applications.

- Maintaining and troubleshooting existing web applications.

- Writing and maintaining reliable Ruby code.

Ruby on Rails Developer Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

- Experience working with Ruby on Rails as well as libraries like Resque and RSpec.

- Ability to write clean Ruby code.

- Proficiency with code versioning tools including Git, Github, SVN, and Mercurial.

Job Brief :

We are currently hiring a Ruby on Rails Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building API interfaces and backend infrastructure and collaborating with UI, connectivity and DevOps teams to come up with elegant solutions to complex problems.

Main Responsibilities of a Ruby on Rails Developer :

Your responsibilities will include :

• Writing effective and scalable Ruby codes
• Designing and implementing robust applications
• Debugging applications to ensure low latency and high-availability
• Integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Integrating data storage solutions
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle

Key Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• You have prior experience with Ruby on Rails
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design
• Knowledge of ORM (Object Relational Mapper), RESTful
• Familiarity with various testing tools and ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Good problem-solving skills

Role and Responsibilities:

• To ensure  success   as   a   js   developer,   you   should   possess extensive   knowledge   of   Node.Js   based   services   like   Express   js, Multer.
• Candidate must be well aware of the JS concepts like promises, async-await, callback, fetch, and array methods like map, filter, reduce.
• Knowledge of GIT is a must.
• Must have sound knowledge of creating API through postman or similar tools, developing and maintaining all server-side network requests, ensuring optimal performance of the central database, collaborating with   front-end   developers   on   the   integration   of elements.
• Deep Understanding of mongo and MySQL.
• Working knowledge of Microservices.
• Good understanding of AWS services, Like Instance,S3, Route53, Elastic Bean Etc.
• Best writing code understanding.

Experience Required:

• The candidate must at least have a total experience of 1 Year - 3 years in the relevant field.
