UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

As the Senior UX Manager, you will lead the team that is transforming how people avail legal,tax and compliance services online. You will provide leadership to co-located and distributed teams of designers to lead design work throughout the product development lifecycle while building and strengthening a world class design team that is passionate about users and transforming the way they work.

• Own overall end-to-end user experience across the entire product— from the big picture down to specifics of feature, service and user flows.

UX Engineer will be responsible for on-time and quality delivery of all deliverables for the product. Depending on requirements, as a product engineer, she/he will be responsible for delivering all or some of the following.

• Conducting and executing research processes, Usability Audits under the guidance of Lead UX Engineer
• Creating personas and establishing the critical information flow that allows the personas to establish specific goals
