Responsibilities:

Create eye-catching graphics for digital and print media, including but not limited to: social media posts, website banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and presentations.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and develop design concepts that align with the company's branding guidelines.

Produce high-quality designs that effectively communicate the intended message and resonate with the target audience.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of design assets.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of design templates and style guides to streamline the design process and maintain brand consistency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and proficiency in graphic design software.

Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.

Ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to team members and stakeholders.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and knowledge in video editing, and/or web design is a plus.

Graphics Designer

• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design
• Test graphics across various media
• Amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Required Skills:

• Proven graphic designing experience
• Must have knowledge on Page maker
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
