India Leaders for Social Sector (ILSS) is a nonprofit that aims to be India's preeminent leadership development organization for the social sector. We aim to strengthen the social sector through talent infusion and upskilling programs, in order to create catalytic impact at scale.

Position Summary:

ILSS is looking to hire a Director to lead the Sales & Outreach vertical. The role would be responsible for building relationships within corporates as well as leading social sector organizations and achieving target intake of high quality candidates for various programs.

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve targets for trained numbers across programs and expand our customer base
  • Sensitize senior corporate leaders about social sector awareness. Position Own and hit/exceed annual targets for all training programs

What you will do:
  • Taking complete ownership of the annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets and then draft and drive the action plan for it
  • Planning and achieving revenue targets on every product line, always sensing the market response for products and accordingly sharing inputs for product enhancement
