Responsibilities:

● Lead and manage a talented Engineering Team of 8+ members.

● Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and assist them in

their career progression. Set OKRs, progress checks and do performance

evaluations.

● Manage the development pipeline to deliver features on schedule while

maintaining a high bar for quality. Closely Interact with other functions such as

PM, Design, UI/UX, Art, QA, and deliver planned features.

● Perform Design reviews, Code reviews and deliver high-quality games.

● Create a solid Tech backlog that involves modernizing the tech stack, set goals

for performance improvements, game stability and improvements. Establish Best

Process and Development Practices and drive the centre of excellence for the

teams.

● Updates with new technology trends and constantly adopts them to improve the

games.

● Facilitate and create problem solving culture in the team.

● Be obsessed about players and giving the best experience to our players.

● Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.

Requirements:

● Should have 8+ years of professional experience in mobile, development using

C++, C#, PYTHON, GO Lang, Javascript.

● Should have 2+ years of experience in managing teams, including hiring,

mentoring and building strong teams.

● Shown ability to motivate teams and operate effectively in a fast-paced,

high-energy environment.

● Exposure to using Agile and Scrum methodologies.

● Good communication skills, interpersonal skills with experience in building

strong internal relationships.

● Good Analytical, Problem solving and Debugging skills.

● Hands on experience in Designing, Coding and release management.

• Must Have:  Proficiency in Rest API development using .Net core and C#.  Excellent knowledge in web application development using Angular 8+, HTML5, CSS and Bootstrap.  Excellent knowledge in micro-services development.  Proficiency in developing web applications and services for cross platform.  Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, File storages and ORM technologies  Excellent knowledge in designing micro-services and different data storage services  Proficient in Object Oriented Analysis and Design  Excellent knowledge of cloud application development and deployment  Systems thinking, technical acumen, analytical skills and communication skills.  Testing skills (Unit testing, Integration testing)  Exposure to one or more software development methodologies (RUP preferred, one full Lifecycle preferred)  Good knowledge in designing dynamic creation and execution of Business workflows.  Good knowledge and experience in data lake concepts  Good analytical and problem-solving skills  Good knowledge in Git and DevOps model  Quality mindset and attention to detail in all aspects of software engineering and development

• 6 - 10 years’ experience in Oracle EBS (Techno-Functional)
• Experience in implementation, Support, and upgrade projects
• Experience at least in 2 R12.2 upgrade projects.
• Experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.7 or Higher versions of R12.
• Strong knowledge in SQL/PLSQL, Reports, Forms, and workflow. OAF is added advantage.
• At least 40% functional knowledge in SCM and Manufacturing (Modules: PO, OM, INV, WIP, BOM, Quality and Engineering)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,
• Strong analytical skills Ability to turn business requirements into technical concepts and code,
• Minimum 3 - 6 years experience in software development in general with 3 years in complex web applications using SAP UI5,
• Software architecture knowledge of enterprise applications is a must
• Experience with Web - Technologies (SAP UI5, HTML5, CSS3, JS, REST - WS) is a must
• Experience with SAP Mobile Platform as well as SAP Web IDE is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with user experience and design concepts is a plus
