Job Description

Department: Support

Qualification: Bachelor’s (BE/B.Tech) or other

Position: Subject Matter Expert (HR)

Experience: 4 years – 7 years

Roles & Responsibilities:-

 Provide first-line support to clients via telephone/email/tickets according to decide by the

company.

 Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.

 Answering customer questions.

 Receive, Review and Manage client data in the software.

 Facilitate valuable and clear verbal and written communication with clients.

 Coordinate with internal teams to identify & resolve issues as well as opportunities for

improvement of system and services.

 Provide strategic guidance to client personnel on various modules of ERP.

Requirement:-

 Degree in computer science or information technology preferred.

 Microsoft certification is advantageous.

 Previous experience in a support role.

 Experience with remote desktop applications.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Duties:

● Capture high-quality video footage using professional-grade equipment

● Edit and enhance video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and other editing software

● Create engaging motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects

● Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for video projects

● Conduct photo shoots and capture high-resolution images for use in video content

● Ensure all video and photo assets are properly organized and stored

● Travel in the USA and possibly out of the country. Will need a passport. Going between our customers, making content in AZ, etc

Experience:

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Illustrator

● Strong knowledge of videography techniques, including lighting, composition, and camera operation

● Experience with motion graphics and visual effects creation

● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
