We're looking for Senior Software Developers passionate about solving tough problems with performant code. This role is based in Pune, and ou will be closely working with the leadership team to design and ship products that are highly impactful.

Requirements for the role:

• 4+ years of experience.
• You've worked on large-scale web applications or software products.
• High English proficiency - both written and spoken.
• A product-minded developer who cares about the "Why" - Why build this feature? How will we measure impact?
• A generalist (or a Full Stack developer), excited by problems, and unblocks anything that stands in the way of success.
• A strong foundation of design, and coding principles to enable scale
• Experience in writing automated tests as part of your development workflow (TDD)
• Strong logical mindset and ability to break problems into simple logical steps
• A passion for efficiency and collaboration, with a history of establishing great relationships and mentoring others in the team
• Bonus point for previous experience working within the e-commerce industry
• More bonus points for experience in Ruby and/or Ruby on Rails, or the desire to learn quickly

We are looking for passionate developers with 2-3 years of experience in software development to join Metron Security team as Software Engineer.

Metron Security provides automation and integration services to leading Cyber Security companies. Our engineering team works on leading security platforms including - Splunk, IBM’s QRadar, ServiceNow, Crowdstrike, Cybereason, and other SIEM and SOAR platforms.. 

Software Engineer is a challenging role within Cyber Security Engineering integration development. The role involves developing a product/service that achieves high performance data exchange between two or more Cyber Security platforms. A Software Engineer is responsible for End-to-End delivery of the project, right from getting the requirements from customer to deploying the project for them on prem or on cloud, depending on the nature of the project. We follow the best practices of Engineering and keep evolving, we are agile. The Software Engineer is at the core of the evolution process.

Each integration needs reskilling yourself with the required technology for that project. If you are passionate about programming and believe in the best practices of software engineering, the following are the skills we are looking for:

Mandatory Skills

• Experience architecting & estimating deep technical custom solutions & integrations.
