Responsibilities:


As an Assistant Manager/Engineer in the Branch Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and technical support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing service support to customers based on sales requirements.
  • Offering technical support to sales engineers and customers.
  • Planning and attending pending service jobs promptly.
  • Responding to emergency service requests within designated timeframes.
